1. Minutes of the last Meeting
Matters Arising-
Web site- progressing well, information from competitions can be found on the site by going to the JSGC(D) web site members’ section and then the Datagolf site.
The sponsorship for the Coronation Foursomes has been received.
The Club Captain will write a ball spotters brief for Men’s Opens and they will have a recognised “marshall” role. This brief could then have a knock on effect for other competitions.
2. Lady Captain’s update
The kitchen is due to open on March 11th, and food can then be individually ordered and paid for. Medal day sandwiches will cease, but wine will be provided. It will be suggested to Sodexho that order slips are provided before Ladies go out to play on Ladies’ Morning. They can pre-order their food, with an approximate time for collection. Systems will need to be in place for bigger competitions and opens.
A subsidised coach will be provided for the return leg of the Rebecca Plate at Episkopi.
Thermasolar have confirmed their sponsorship for the Ladies’ Open, at a slightly lower rate than previous years. We are looking for a new sponsor for The All Winners.
GUR- The Captain is reviewing this aspect of the course, so please bear in mind there may be changes.
The new office is not yet functional, and it will be for the use of the Captain, Lady Captain and Club Secretary. Anyone else who requires access will have to arrange this with the above or via the Club Administrator. The Competition Hut remains for the use of the Competition Secretaries.
