You can view key data relating to all club Tournament results since 1 Jan 2008.
For Dhekelia competitions all fields are updated as soon as our Competition Secretaries update the main server, and this is usually done within an hour of the last player finishing their Tournament round.
Away scores and Handicap adjustments for Dhekelia players who have taken part in CGF member club Tournaments elsewhere on the island will take longer to be updated. The time frame is reliant upon how quickly the away club upload results to the DataGolf server and when our Comp Sec's next access the DataGolf system from the clubhouse, as a rule this is usually within 48 hrs of any events.
Q. How do I view the latest club Competition (Tournament) results?
A. Click on the Tournaments tab, select the Tournament you want to review. The results for a Tournament are shown by Classifications, click on the down arrow to the right of the Classification menu box. Move your cursor over the drop down menu this will highlight in blue, click and the result for that Classification will appear.

Q. How do I see the my current Handicap?
A. Again very simple click on the Handicaps button and a list of all Dhekelia players holding handicaps is revealed.
If you want to see the handicap of any other CGF member follow the link through to the CGF web site, hit the Handicaps button on the navigation bar and then hit Handicap HCP listing and then locate the player.
Q. How up to date is the Handicap information?
A. It’s as up to date as the last submission of a Tournament card or extra day card entered to the system by either ourselves or another CGF club where a Tournament has been played.
The Competition & Handicap Secretaries are notified electronically every time a Dhekelia member competes in an away handicap qualifying or posts an extra day score card. Tournament results are accepted as are extra day cards provided the maximum number of cards allowed per month has not been exceeded (currently 2).
Q. Can I review my scorecards after they have been entered to DataGolf?
A. Yes. You can review all scorecards that you have submitted by clicking on the Show All Points button on the bottom right of the scorecard even see how you would score in a variety of game formats.
Q. What personal information about me can I or any other member or site visitor see?
A. The links do not allow visitors to access members personal profiles. These areas are NOT available for public display.
Q. Can other members review my Tournament scorecards?
A. Yes they can.
Q. Can I look back at my handicap evolution?
A. Yes. Click on a Tournament you have taken part in, then click on your name, this will bring up that tournaments scorecard. Next again click on your name and this will take you to your Member Record.
You now need to Login which will allow you to see all your previous results and Handicap records.
Q. The DataGolf link is in Portuguese and I don’t speak it! What do I do?
A. Apart from using a search engine to translate the page....look on the page for the Union Jack, click and all should be okay. Occasionally the number of visitors to the host server causes a problem, all you can do is try again later. That’s beyond our control I’m afraid.
